Prosecution Attorneys have agreed to drop the charges of manslaughter against Powers Fasteners Inc., the New York manufacturer of fast-setting Epoxy which was used in the construction of a Big Dig tunnel. Once section of the Tunnel, which is scheduled to be completed soon, failed to support the ceiling panels and crushed a car, killing a woman Milena Del Valle.
Milena Del Valle, was traveling in a car, which was being driven by her husband and was buried in lots of concrete on that tragic day. The incident happened in the later half of 2007. (more…)
